Those Australians on the search for a new credit card may be interested to hear that such a borrowing product offered by one credit union has been highly recommended.
Queensland Police Credit Union (QPCU) has seen its Bluey Visa Credit Card be given a five-star rating - the highest possible score - from Canstar Cannex.
"We make a real effort to ensure our members have access to the most competitive products on the market," Grant Devine, chief executive of QPCU, says.
He adds that as
credit cards have a "universal appeal" and are used widely "we need to be as competitive on their rates and features as possible", Queensland Business Review reports.
In addition to providing a low rate of interest, Mr Devine points out that the card also has internet and telephone banking features and
0% interest on credit purchases for a 55-day period.
The news could be interest to those on the search for a new plastic card after Virgin Money recently told its customers that it is retiring its credit cards after six years of operating in the country.
