A survey has found that Australian consumers won't hesitate to switch service providers if they are not getting what they want.
As part of a global study conducted by consulting group Accenture 67 per cent of Australian respondents said that they had switched providers due to poor service some time in the last year. The survey found that banks and internet service providers were thought to have the best service overall, while satellite TV providers and life insurers were judged the worst. Even so, only 6 per cent rated the service provided by banks as "excellent", while 54 per cent said that it was "good" and one third said that it was only "fair".
