Using a business credit card could be a good way to isolate company spending, one industry expert has noted.
Workers who want to isolate their company spend should use a business
credit card, according to one industry expert.
Paul Clitheroe, writing for the Sunshine Coast Daily, said the option is great for benefits to your organisation's bookkeeping.
But he warned that the business should make sure it is paying the
Aussie credit card in full every month.
Mr Clitheroe noted that it can be different for self-employed individuals because they have to work out how much money to put aside to pay for tax obligations.
He added: "An easy way to stay on top of tax payments is by making regular deposits to a separate, high interest savings account."
And this could be a good method because it can help a firm meet tax bills when they are due.
Recent figures from the Melbourne Institute revealed that nearly 37 per cent of Aussies have some form of credit card debt, ABC reported.
