ANZ Bank has announced it is to offer assistance to small businesses as the financial downturn rumbles on.
Moves by the bank will see those ANZ customers currently experiencing financial difficulties given tailored advice on how to get back on a firm fiscal footing.
One of the various measures it is to introduce will allow consumers to take advantage of is temporary adjustment of customer lending limits on its business
credit cards as well as extending repayment periods.
The
Australian banking news will also see those ANZ customers currently experiencing financial difficulties given tailored advice on how to get back on a firm fiscal footing.
David Hisco, commercial managing director for the ANZ Group, claims that although the majority of firms in the country are in a good financial position, "as the economy slows, small business operators want to know that their bank is ready to support them and will continue to help them grow".
Such comments could interest those firms on the search for
best business accounts.
The news comes as earlier this month ANZ stated it is to work closely with other major banks and the government to establish a common approach on how to help credit card customers manage their finances as the economic crisis rumbles on.
