The Citibank Ready Credit works like an "ondemand loan". You have a credit line of $5000 - $25,000 which you can spend and repay as you wish.
There is a minimum payment requirement of $30 per month or 1% (which ever is the greater).
This means you can borrow up to $25k and only pay $250 per month in repayments if you wish.
