Community First Credit Union was formed in 1959 and is now the 9th largest Credit Union in New South Wales, offering a range of financial products and services including award winning savings and loans and a variety of credit cards, insurance and financial planning products, designed to help its customers meet their current and future financial needs.

With over 70,000 members, Community First is the largest community based Credit Union in the Sydney region, managing in excess of $700 million in funds.

All deposits with the Community First Credit Union are covered by the Australian Government Deposit Guarantee until October 2012, giving you peace of mind in knowing that your money is safe, should the bank suffer any big problems.
