People can calculate an estimate of their monthly home loan repayments on a new ANZ iPhone app.
A new ANZ iPhone app has a link to the bank's home loan calculators to enable individuals to estimate their monthly repayments.
ANZ Property Tracker will also ensure consumers can work out the amount they need to borrow and people will be able to share favourite properties via social networking sites, such as Twitter and Facebook.
Users will be able to contact a home loans expert at the organisation or carry out a postcode search to look for the closest mobile lender at the firm.
Other benefits of the free app include auction details of a property that automatically triggers reminder alerts on the handset.
Paul Riley, head of retail marketing at the company - which offers ANZ credit cards - said: "Our research has shown that second to price, customers are looking for flexibility in their home loan."
Last month, Commonwealth Bank launched an iPhone app that enables consumers to evaluate a profile of a house, as well as many other features.
